This is an ONLINE workshop, not face to face. It will be held through Microsoft Teams. It works best if you log in on the Teams app, via a computer/ laptop, rather than a phone, due to video playback issues on phones.
You will be sent the link to join nearer the time via the email you register with.
In the workshop, we will cover: Information about human milk, collecting colostrum in the pregnancy, the science behind making milk, the first few days, tips and tricks for attaching baby to the breast, knowing if your baby is getting enough milk, tongue tie and where local help is.
Dads, non-birthing parents and partners welcome. Questions and Answers at the end. You don't have to be on camera, but we also love to see your faces!
